How Does It Work?

Etutoring with Whiteboard Technology:

Students are given their own unique username and password that will allow them to access my online classroom. Here, they will be able to view any upcoming sessions that they have already scheduled with me and schedule future sessions.

When it is time for a tutoring session, they will be able to enter the online classroom with me. After both the student and I are logged in, we will be able to communicate in real time, through voice and by drawing or writing on the whiteboard. Math problems, sentence formation, and organizational writing tools are easily adaptable to whiteboard technology. I will also cut and paste text from other sources to illustrate my points. The student, in turn, will have the ability to print whatever is on the screen for further reference.

With whiteboarding, students will learn more effectively and have fun in the process! Even young ones will learn how to whiteboard in minutes.
